Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Every order is hand packed with care. We aim to dispatch orders within [48 hours] working days of payment. Delivery options and prices are shown at checkout, and we will email you when your order has been dispatched.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when ordering. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
Hot weather
Wax can soften in very hot weather. During heatwaves we pack orders to protect them as well as we can, and we recommend bringing parcels indoors as soon as they arrive.
Returns
If you change your mind you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return items unused and unopened. Email orders@bdscents.co.uk with your order number before sending anything back. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Damaged or missing items
If anything arrives damaged, or your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days, please email us with your order number and we will put it right.
